Orangeville Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy ("Orangeville BJJ", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through orangevillejiujitsu.com and at the academy, how we use it, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Contact forms and the kids waitlist: your name, email, phone number, your child's name and age, and your message.
• Online class bookings: your name, email, phone number and the class you book.
• Waivers: your name, contact details, emergency contact and, for anyone under 18, the parent or guardian's details. Waivers are signed through Smartwaiver.
• Memberships: billing and contact details, collected in person at the academy.
• Website use: cookies and analytics data, such as pages visited and device or browser type, if you accept cookies.

We use your information to answer your questions, book your classes, manage memberships, waivers and the kids waitlist, contact you about your classes or schedule changes, and keep this website working and understand how visitors use it. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Only with service providers that help us run the academy and this website, such as GoDaddy (website, bookings and forms), Smartwaiver (waivers), Google (reCAPTCHA spam protection, maps and analytics) and our payment processor. They may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We sometimes post photos and videos from classes and events. If you or your child don't want to appear, tell a coach or email us and we'll respect that.

Our website uses cookies to work properly and to measure traffic. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner, and you can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, signed waivers).
