How your free class works

1. Pick a class

Teens and adults: choose a free intro class at the top of this page (BJJ, Judo or Women's Only). Booking a child? Use the kids waitlist form just below the adult classes.

2. Choose a time

Tap Book, pick a day and time that suits you, and you'll get a confirmation email right away.

3. Sign the waiver (2 minutes)

Do this right after you book so you can walk straight onto the mats. Everyone signs once before their first class. Parents sign for anyone under 18 and can add several kids on one waiver.

4. Arrive 15 minutes early

Wear athletic clothes, come in the front entrance at 75 First Street and head down to the basement. Haven't signed yet? You can still do it at the door.
