Book your free class
Pick a class online. Kids classes are full right now, so for kids we check which class has room or add your child to the waitlist.
Step 2
Sign the waiver

Step 3
Arrive 15 minutes early
Wear athletic clothes (no shorts). Use the front entrance at 75 First Street and head down to the basement.
Step 4
Meet your coach
A coach meets you, answers your questions and takes you through the basics. Loaner uniforms are available.
